Throughout his professional career, Moritz has have always been inspired by the elegance and simplicity of solutions produced by nature. With todays tools we are rapidly approaching a state where we will be able to design parts that come very close to natures designs.

To Moritz the combination of creativity (thinking outside of the box, or cross-disciplinary), openness (culturally and to other approaches like seen in nature) combined with the tools available (like computational design, optimization and machine learning as well as production techniques like additive manufacturing) creates the perfect mixture to drive innovation forward and thus address todays pressing challenges, like sustainability.

At Hyperganic, Moritz helps to develop and apply these tools to generate the next generation of additively manufactured components.
