🎙 About The Episode
Beril is a Dutch AI researcher who has received her Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2009 in Istanbul. She has later worked with the German Aerospace Center and pursued a habilitation degree with the University of Osnabrueck. She has worked as a guest lecturer at the University of Augsburg and several other German universities until 2011. Between 2011 to 2020, she worked at the Delft University of Technology and the University of Twente respectively. She is an assistant professor at Jonkoping AI Lab where she is focusing on AI applications for healthcare and earth care.
